exterior ply. All buildings are secured into a concrete base and are pressure

delivery</a></strong> in the UK for jobs valued at over £2,000 and
within 150 miles of our base. Provided there is suitable access for our
lorries a free erection service is also available. We have received some

<p><font size="2">We have been running very successful special offers throughout
the whole of 2003. Those offers have now been fully subscribed and are
no longer available. Indeed prices will be increased by about 10% with
effect from 1st May 2003, our first price increase for 16 months and largely
reflecting the additional cost of using tannalised timber to give you
a better quality product.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">Our free erection service is based upon the condition
that there is access for our lorries by a metalled road to within 10 yards
of the site. If this is not the case then it is the responsibility of
the client to ensure that labour and/or an alternative form of transport
is available to carry the components to the actual site. If upon arrival
at site it is apparent that the carry is more than 10 yards and 'assistance'
is not available then the contract will become one of supply and delivery
only with the full price being payable. The purchaser will then be responsible
for the erection of the units. If it is decided that we shall complete
the erection notwithstanding that we shall have to carry the goods more
than 10 yards then an additional charge will be levied.</font></p>
</font> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Should our
delivery team arrive on site on the agreed date and the base is not ready
or has been incorrectly prepared we reserve the right to make an additional
charge. Moreover, we also reserve the right to convert the contract at
that point into one of supply and delivery only with the purchaser being
responsible for erection of the units. The full contract price will be
payable. We cannot accept any responsibility for timber shrinkage, expansion,
cracking, warping or the likes. All buildings should be preservative treated
at least once a year. </font> <br>

</font> <font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Whilst we will
always try to honour delivery dates we are subject to the vagaries of
the weather which occasionally results in delays; we will do everything
possible to keep such delays to a minimum but cannot be held responsible
for any consequential loss. The balance of the sum payable is due immediately
upon completion of the work with your cheque being handed to the men on
site. The goods supplied remain the property of Broadfield Stables Ltd
until they have been paid for in full.</font> <br>
