The Fox Range
This range was introduced due to the demand for a higher specification building
with, what has become very popular, a full 3m (10’) overhang. This forms a covered
area in front of each box where the horse can be tacked up or groomed whilst being
protected from the weather.
Each of the loose boxes comes with a clear roof panel and a sliding rear window
as standard, allowing lots of natural light and excellent ventilation, especially
when used in conjunction with our preferred Cement Fibre P6 roofing. This form of
roofing is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 30 years and is available in a variety
of colours.
At the front of the building, we use 150mm x 150mm sawn tannalised softwood posts
and beams. This gives the whole building a substantial design with a hint of heritage
style. All other specifications on the Fox Range (except ridge height) are the same
as our standard Southdown Range.
